Helping Households Under Great Stress (HHUGS) is a UK registered charity that exists to provide financial, emotional, and practical support and advice to Muslim households impacted by national security legislations, policies and procedures, in the UK and abroad.

Days of Mercy, Acts of Sacrifice This Dhul Hijjah, don’t forget families here in the UK who are quietly facing hardship. When a loved one is caught up in national security investigations, many households are left without their main source of income - struggling to afford even the most basic necessities. For these families, Eid can pass without food on the table or support around them. Your donation can help provide essential food support, emergency relief, and vital wellbeing services to those going through incredibly difficult times. For over 20 years, HHUGS has been there for families in crisis - offering practical help, financial support, and counselling when it’s needed most. Give today to help a HHUGS family.
